About me

Following a successful career in recruitment I retrained as a Career Coach in 2020. I now work as an ICF accredited Coach (ACC) having obtained Certificates in Career Coaching and Professional Coaching Practice with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

I relish the opportunity to help others and Elevate Careers stands as the proud product of my years in recruitment, the insider knowledge this has afforded me and my coaching passion, skills and experience.

I am a conscientious and relationship-focused professional, motivated by ongoing learning and development and doing meaningful work. I am pragmatic, results-driven and always operate with integrity. 

My approach

I offer a professional service tailored to suit your requirements but always with the aim of getting you results. I work in partnership with you, bringing support, motivation and also challenge. By nature, I am genuine, warm and reflective and I love one-to-one conversations. It is this very approach combined with my previous career success that my clients value and which delivers the results they are seeking. 

Other interests and projects

I am passionate about health and wellbeing and have had a lifelong fascination with the human condition. I practice yoga and mindfulness and enjoy good food and drink, films and reading. Having lived in Australia for nearly 10 years I also like warm weather! 

I volunteer with Brave Starts, a CIC that supports the over 50s with career change. 

And last but not least, I enjoy spending quality time with my husband and our two children, the wider family, friends and Ozzie our lovely Maine Coon cat.
